We get to know your organisation
The longer we work with customers, the better we understand their systems, their people and the way they work. That knowledge matters.
We’re straightforward
We explain what’s happening, what we recommend and why. If there’s a problem, we’ll tell you. If we think something isn’t worth spending money on, we’ll tell you that too.
Security comes as standard
Cyber security isn’t a separate conversation at Zenos. The decisions we make about IT are considered from a security point of view, with Cyber Essentials as an important baseline.
We’re local
We’re based in Newcastle and support organisations across the North East. Remote support lets us solve many problems quickly, and planned on-site support means we can be there when that makes more sense.
We care about getting it right
Technology is built around people. We take time to understand what customers need and build relationships that last. Our customers trust us with their technology, and we don’t take that lightly.
