Microsoft 365 can do far more than email and Teams, but only when it’s set up and managed properly.
We help organisations get the most from it, from choosing the right licences to securing accounts, managing devices and organising files in SharePoint and Teams.
What we help with
Licensing
The right licence for each person, so you’re not paying for features nobody uses or missing the ones you need.
Administration
Users, mailboxes, groups, starters and leavers, handled day to day.
Identity & security
MFA, conditional access and secure sign-in, with settings reviewed rather than left at the defaults.
Device management
Laptops and phones set up, secured and managed with Microsoft Intune.
Teams & SharePoint
Files organised so people can find them, share them safely and work together.
Migrations
Moving from old servers, other email systems or Google Workspace, planned to keep disruption to a minimum.
Microsoft 365 for charities
Eligible charities can get discounted or donated Microsoft licences. We’ll help you check what’s available and make sure you’re getting the most from it. IT support for charities.
Frequently asked questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Most small and medium organisations choose between Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium. Premium includes the security and device management features many organisations need. We’ll recommend what fits, not just the most expensive option.
Does Microsoft 365 include backup?
Microsoft keeps the service running and has some retention features, but that isn’t the same as a backup you control and can restore from. We’ll recommend a backup that fits.
Can you move us from Google Workspace or an old server?
Yes. We plan migrations carefully so email, files and calendars move across with as little disruption as possible.
Can you just manage Microsoft 365 for us?
Yes. It’s usually part of our managed IT service, but we can also help with Microsoft 365 as a project. [Confirm whether you offer this on its own.]
