Frequently asked questions
We’re a small organisation. Are we really a target?
Most attacks aren’t personal. Automated phishing and password attacks hit organisations of every size, and smaller organisations are often easier targets because they have fewer protections in place.
Does Microsoft 365 back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running and has some retention features, but that isn’t the same as a backup you control and can restore from. We’ll explain the gaps and recommend a backup that fits.
Do we need Cyber Essentials?
