Managed IT Support

Unlimited support, proactive monitoring and security built in, for one predictable monthly cost. Your IT becomes our responsibility.

Good IT support isn’t just about fixing things when they break. It’s about understanding how your organisation works, supporting your people properly and making sure the technology you rely on is secure, reliable and fit for purpose.

Our managed service makes your IT our responsibility. We work as an extension of your team, get to know your people and systems, and look after everything day to day for one predictable monthly cost.

Who it’s for

Our managed service is designed for organisations with roughly 10 to 250 users across Newcastle and the North East, including charities, manufacturers, professional services firms and growing businesses. We also work with smaller start-ups that want to get things right from day one.

It’s a particularly good fit if you:

  • don’t have an in-house IT person or team
  • have an office or operations manager who has become the “IT person” by default
  • have grown and your IT hasn’t kept up
  • need to show customers, funders or insurers that your IT is secure

Security as standard

Security isn’t an optional extra. The decisions we make about your IT are considered from a security point of view, with Cyber Essentials as our baseline. See how we approach cyber security.

How switching to Zenos works

  1. A conversation. Tell us how things work today and what isn’t working. No hard sell.
  2. A review of your setup. We look at your systems, security, licences and documentation.
  3. A clear proposal. A fixed monthly price based on your users and setup, with exactly what’s included written down.
  4. Onboarding. We work with your current provider, if you have one, to hand over access and documentation, then put monitoring and security in place.
  5. Ongoing support. Day-to-day help from people who know your setup, and regular reviews to plan ahead.

Frequently asked questions

What are your support hours?

Unlimited support is available 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. [Confirm any out-of-hours arrangements.]

Is support really unlimited?

Yes. Within normal business use, your team can ask for help as often as they need without worrying about the cost of each call. [Link to your fair use terms.]

Do you come on-site?

Yes. Many problems are fastest to fix remotely, but planned on-site visits are part of the service and we’ll come out when that makes more sense.

How much does managed IT support cost?

It depends mainly on the number of users and devices and how your IT is set up. After a short review we’ll give you a fixed monthly price, with everything that’s included written down.

How long is the contract?

[Add your standard contract length and notice period.]

What happens with our current IT provider?

We handle the handover with them, including access, passwords, licences and documentation, so nothing gets lost in the move.

Tell us what's going on with your IT.

No hard sell, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
