Who we help

IT Support for Charities

Managed IT, Microsoft 365, cyber security and Cyber Essentials for charities across the North East, built around what you actually need.

When you’re working towards a good cause, every pound matters. We enjoy working with charities because good technology can make a real difference to what limited resources can achieve.

Zenos provides charities across the North East with managed IT support, Microsoft 365, cyber security and project work, with solutions designed around what the organisation actually needs rather than what we can sell it.

How we help charities

  • Managed IT support for a predictable monthly cost
  • Microsoft 365 set up and managed, including nonprofit licensing
  • Cyber security that protects staff, supporter and beneficiary data
  • Cyber Essentials, when funders or partners ask for it
  • Projects such as office moves, migrations and device rollouts
  • Honest advice on where to spend and where to save

We understand how charities work

Charities often run with small teams, part-time staff and volunteers, shared devices and tight budgets. We design your IT around that, so it’s secure and easy to use without costing more than it needs to.

Frequently asked questions

Can you help us get Microsoft nonprofit licences?

Yes. We’ll help you check your eligibility and what’s currently on offer, then set up and manage the licences.

Volunteers use our systems. Can you help keep that secure?

Yes. We’ll set up sensible access for volunteers and staff, so people have what they need without putting your data at risk.

Do you only work with large charities?

No. Most of the charities and organisations we support have between 10 and 250 users, but we’re happy to talk if you’re smaller.

Tell us what's going on with your IT.

No hard sell, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
